Client Care Representative
The position of a client care representative is to respond and assist in the resolution of customer concerns with exceptional customer service reflective of Autumn Air Home Service values by ensuring that the first interaction with the customer exceeds their expectations in terms of service quality.ย ย
Job Responsibilities:ย ย
- Respond to incoming customer complaint calls with courtesy.
- Assist in the investigation of the complaint and provide a response to the customer complaint.
- Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database regarding customer concerns.
- Follow the โComplaint Procedureโ for quality and efficient responses to customers.
- Resolve all customer concerns by the end of the daily shift.
- Keep up to date with current issues regarding concerns and resolutions.
- Respond promptly and provide a response to address the customerโs complaint.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior call center experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and any other software used by the company.

Dispatcher
The position of a dispatcher is to coordinate appointments for technicians at customer sites to maximize productivity and be the liaison between the company, technician and customer.ย ย
Job Responsibilities:ย ย
- Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain technician schedules.ย
- Prioritize calls according to customer and/or operational needs.ย
- Coordinate and maintain on-call schedules for technicians and after-hours procedures.ย
- Schedule calls, enter service calls, and debrief with technicians.
- Contact customers if there is a delay in their scheduled time.
- Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years prior industry experience in dispatch and coordination preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and any other software used by the company.
- Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills.

HVAC Install Apprentice
The position of an HVAC Install Apprentice is to deliver exceptional HVAC installation service to the customer by completing and installing HVAC equipment and accessories.ย
Job Responsibilities:ย ย
- Assist the Lead Installation Technician with the installation of HVAC related equipment according to manufacturerโs specifications.
- Support Lead Installer in:
- Installing HVAC related equipment.
- Installing Sheet metal duct systems.
- Connecting gas lines to heating equipment.
- Cutting and threading pipes.
- Wiring both line voltage and low voltage to heating equipment.
- Installing copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Inspect area for cleanliness after job is completed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- EPA Certified or pursuing
- Nate Certification preferred.
- Prior work experience in the HVAC industry as an HVAC Install Apprentice.
- Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.

HVAC Install Lead
The position of an HVAC Install Lead is to deliver exceptional HVAC installation service to the customer by completing and installing HVAC equipment and accessories.ย The Install Lead is also responsible for overseeing the work of the HVAC Install Apprentice to ensure the work is performed correctly.
Job Responsibilities:ย ย
- Install HVAC related equipment and accessories in accordance with the manufacturerโs specifications.
- Install gas lines, flue pipes, and wiring for both high and low voltage wiring applications as well as run flue liners.
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
- Perform start-ups on heating, cooling systems and other components.
- Perform limited diagnostics, as necessary.
- Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
- Braze copper joints without leaks.
- Pull vacuums on refrigerant systems and test for tightness.
- Install and program all versions of thermostats.
- Install, wire and plumb all IAQ products.
- Set an air conditioner, heat pump, furnace or air handler.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- EPA Certified.
- Nate Certification preferred.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in installation.

- Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection including Health and Safety Checklist and communicate findings to the customer in a written option sheet.
- Perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
- Complete all required documentation on services and collect, record and deliver fees to designated office administration.
- Facilitate order for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service.ย
- Submit purchase orders to dispatch or other designated purchasing team administrators.
- Transport materials and tools to the job site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- EPA Certified.
- Nate certification preferred.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry.

The role of Project Advisor is to work with new and existing customers by conducting in home sales consultation through the assessment of the homeownerโs needs while maintaining a strong customer focus reflective of Autumn Airโs values. To develop and present replacement/upgrade proposals, secure sale, process order, and work with company teammates to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.

Job Responsibilities:
Follow-up on sales leads and lists, both technician and self-generated.
Perform a complete customer needs survey on every call.
Educate new and existing customers on service offerings utilizing the Companyโs Sales System.
Maintain a closing ratio:
Generated leads โ 70% or higher.
Marketing leads โ 50% of higher.
Recommend solutions and link customer objections to a total value solution and competitive advantage.
Demonstrates technical expertise and maintains high degree of credibility.
Positively and credibly influence service strategies with the homeowner.
Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
Effectively write and present proposals.
