Water pressure regulators
A regulator keeps the supply pressure from straining pipes and fixtures. Banging pipes or pressure that swings can point to a failing one. We test the pressure and replace the regulator when it is the cause.

Is a running toilet worth fixing?
Yes. A running toilet wastes water around the clock, and the fix is often a small part.
Is a slow drain urgent?
Usually not. Several slow drains at once can mean a blockage further down the line, which is worth checking before it backs up.
What does a pressure regulator do?
It reduces the pressure coming in from the supply to a level your pipes and fixtures are built for.
